KC Traffic Law Central offers several payment options. We understand that it's sometimes difficult to make ends meet. We also understand that many legal matters can't wait. Therefore, we try to offer several payment options.
We accept all major credit cards. For many cases, it is possible for you to put your court costs and court amendment fees on your credit card as well.
For online transactions, we accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and PayPal. PayPal offers one of the most secure online payment systems and you do not need to have a PayPal account to use a credit card through the PayPal system. You simply input your card information in the same manner as any other online transaction.
You always have the option to call our office and we can process your credit card transaction over the phone at 816-841-2557 or 913-708-8194.
We accept personal checks if we are in receipt of them at least 2 weeks prior to your court date. Make checks payable to Bukaty Law Offices, P.A.. If you are mailing a check, please include all of your current contact information and a copy of your ticket and any supporting documents. Please direct all mail to our central office in the Security Bank in Kansas City.
Here is the mailing address to use.
We accept cash payments. Please call to set up an appointment if you'd prefer to pay cash. 816-841-2557 or 913-708-8194.
1. We make available a payment plan through PayPal that offers 0% financing for 6 months. You can apply during the checkout process and it will be automatically set up if your credit is approved.
If you're paying us online, you will be asked if you are interested in this payment plan. To find out more about the specifics, click on the "Bill Me Later" box on that particular page you are paying from.
2. In many legal situations, our office can offer you an option to pay a portion of your total to begin your case. We then get your file set up and begin working on your case.
Depending upon when your court date is, the second and final portion of your payment will become due prior to that court date. If the court date is very near leaving you with inadequate time to collect your funds, we can often have the court date continued out to a later date.
All cases must be paid in full prior to the final court date.
Call our office to discuss this payment option.
3. We accept all major credit cards which are of course a payment plan in themselves. Often, we can allow you to put the court fines/costs/amendment fees on the credit card as well. You will find that more and more courts are also accepting credit cards as payment for their fines and fees.
